During December, our canvassing leaders were blessed helping run Youth Rush at Para Vista Seventh-day Adventist church, SA. This was the biggest Youth Rush yet with 40-50 young canvassers hitting the doors over a two week period – incredible! We praise the Lord for His work in the South Australian conference.
There wasn’t much time to rest before Music Camp began in early January. Young people worshipped God through music, enjoyed likeminded fellowship and fun, and committed their lives to God. This year 17 young people made the choice for baptism, and 5 were baptised on during Music Camp’s final Sabbath!
During Music Camp, many young people tried canvassing for the first time – and loved it. They shared how it made them more confident speaking about their faith, and opened their eyes to what they could do back home.
We didn’t stop after Music Camp… Our canvassers are currently sharing books at time of press in the Burnie Youth Rush, Tasmania! Please pray for this group of 20 as they share the love of Christ at the doors.
